The Office Support Administrator will assist both external customers and internal teams in the growing sales support and installation department. They will be the first point of contact for new customers and the last for those closing accounts. Strong communication, professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail are key for our customer experience.
The pay range for the role is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour - based on experience. This position can work out of any of our local Seacoast branches!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding alarm systems
Assist sales personnel with contracts and documentation tracking
Complete data entry, job information, and billing on customer accounts via monitoring software
Collect and enter orders for new and or additional products and services
Effectively work with all departments of the business professionally
Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer issues and concerns
Maintain customer accounts and records with detail
Inform management of pertinent issues or discrepancies as they occur
Perform other duties assigned by management
Education & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience working in an administrative position
Customer service and or account billing experience desired
Must be organized with a strong ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills - including active listening skills
Ability to handle issues in a professional and confident manner
Proficient computer skills with the adaptability to learn new software(s)
