What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Customer Service Representative position at Pyramid Consulting Group?
Our client, a growing beauty brand, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join their team in a remote capacity (in the Los Angeles area to onboard in-office). The duration of this role is slated for approximately 3-6 months. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Zendesk and a strong background in customer service, particularly in the beauty industry .
Job Duties Include :
- Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk, including product questions, order issues, and return / exchange requests
- Monitor Shopify for order tracking and assist customers with order-related concerns
- Manage warranty claims, ensuring a seamless process for customers
- Address product concerns from both DTC and wholesale customer
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed
- Maintain a brand-aligned voice in all customer interactions.
- Manage an average of 10-15 tickets per day, with occasional spikes due to business needs
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include :
Salary : $24 / hr - $25 / hr
