Pay Range: $20 - $26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs daily office responsibilities (i.e., phones, faxes, copying, filing, typing, notetaking, travel arrangements, etc.)
- Participates in the development, monitoring, and justification of the budget
- Provides mail processing for the office (i.e. incoming, outgoing, overnight packages, certified mail, etc.)
- Schedules meetings and facilitates conference room set up and meal arrangements.
- Coordinates, orders and manages office supplies and materials as required to support department activities, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy of orders, meeting delivery requirements, and reconciling invoices and delivery rec.
- Running reports, particularly around budgeting.
- Organizing and tracking multiple cost centers and budgets.
- Managing and tracking work orders and processes.
- Dealing with suppliers and vendors, including obtaining quotes and following up on responses.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Administrative Support, Budgeting, Reporting and SAP Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple budgets and cost centers.
- Experience with SAP software is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a bonus.
- Ability to interact with suppliers and vendors effectively.
- Conducts intermediate/advanced level administrative support and technical assistance for various department operations under the direction of the Manager.
