Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including payroll, bookkeeping, safety, and scheduling
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date in the system.
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation and filing.
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or in an office environment will be advantageous.
