Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone, email, and in person. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Under direct supervision, the Customer Experience Officer works closely with customers, agents, and fellow employees to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, in person or by email in a professional manner
- Provide information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promptly handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior office or call center experience strongly preferred. Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training will be considered.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams) required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficient with technology
- Must be a quick learner and adhere to established customer service standard levels and follow company procedures
