Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
- Set up and configure new equipment
- Provide technical support for network-related issues
- Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve technical problems
- Ensure security measures are in place to protect data and systems
Skills
- Proficient in TCP/IP networking protocols
- Strong knowledge of computer management and firewall configurations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users effectively
- Experience in software troubleshooting and technical support
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS services
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a help desk or desktop support role is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
