Responsible for accounts receivable duties to include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
- Process accounts receivables and incoming payments in compliance with procedures. Prepare and run reports such as invoices.
- Perform day to day transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data. Compile and sort invoices and checks. Make deposits. Post payments. Verify discrepancies.
- Prepare bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits. Follow up with customers to collect payment for overdue bills.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Process credit check for clients and vendors to research history and credit standing.
- Communicate with vendors, clients and internal departments. Research, track and resolve accounting problems. Ensure office operations are running smoothly.
- Assist with other accounting clerical duties such as preparing financial reports and issue checks.
- All other duties as assigned.
