As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while providing essential administrative support. Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies.
Conduct regular inspections of shared areas (reception, conference rooms, kitchen, training center, etc.) to ensure tidiness and functionality.
Assist with event coordination, social media updates, and internal communication efforts.
Gather tenant feedback and coordinate with the team to resolve issues promptly.
Process invoices, reimbursements, and maintain accurate administrative records.
Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional demeanor.
