We seek a highly skilled Senior Account Executive with a strong technical background in software engineering or sales engineering, alongside proven sales experience (inbound, mid-funnel, Sales Engineer, or Account Executive roles). This role is perfect for a professional who can engage with engineering leaders and position themselves as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Consultative Selling : Collaborate with VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and QA Managers to identify their challenges related to QA, test automation, and AI-powered solutions, presenting customized approaches that align with their unique pain points and business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Management :  Own the sales process from mid-funnel to closing, with an emphasis on securing high-value enterprise and mid-market deals.
  • Technical Engagement :  Engage in discussions about software testing, AI integration, and QA workflows, demonstrating how our solutions enhance pipeline efficiency, collaboration, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Credibility in Engineering :  Actively participate in engineering forums and communities, maintaining a strong LinkedIn presence within the QA and software engineering sectors to build connections and reinforce your professional credibility.
  • Seamless Integration Support :  Illustrate how our QA teams function as an integral part of client environments, collaborating closely with client engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Market Expertise Development :  Stay up-to-date with trends in AI, QA automation, and software development, positioning our offerings as industry-leading and future-proof.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Work closely with Sales Engineers, Product Teams, and Marketing to align customer needs with our technical capabilities and ensure exceptional outcomes.

The Ideal Teammate Must :

  • Educational and Professional Requirements :  Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting within medium to large software development companies, with a strong understanding of QA workflows, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Sales Experience :  Demonstrated success in a sales role (inbound, mid-funnel, Sales Engineer, or Account Executive) with a proven track record of closing deals or contributing significantly to sales success; full-cycle sales experience is an advantage.
  • Professional Network :  Active engagement in engineering or QA communities, with a well-established professional presence on LinkedIn or similar platforms. Ability to communicate effectively with technical leaders, building trust and rapport.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset :  Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, helping clients recognize how our solutions cater to their specific needs.
  • Results-Driven and Organized :  Strong capability in managing multiple complex sales cycles, achieving revenue objectives, and delivering results within a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency :  Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms is required.
  • Salary Range :

  • 90,000 per annum (30% Variable).
