Sales Support and Coordination
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
- Analyze sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Review account performance and present improvement strategies.
- Resolve service issues for key accounts with commercial and operations teams
- Identify areas for customer experience enhancement.
- Manage RFQs and sales projects and ensure stakeholders are aligned.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data.
- Suggest opportunities to diversify product mix and develop revenues.
- Present market insights to regional management team.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote Qatar Cargo services to add value and increase revenue.
- Understand key account needs and exceed expectations.
- Deputize for the Regional Key Account Manager.
- The role will involve some travel.

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales or a related role within the air cargo or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of supporting sales teams, managing customer relationships in B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite
- Bachelor Degree preferred
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
