POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Q CELLS Home Energy Solutions seeks an experienced solar operations professional to lead a team to manage the network of installation partners. As the Senior Manager, Partner Management, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, negotiating, on-boarding, and providing on-going support to all new and existing installation partners in the network. Major responsibilities include building a top performing installation partner network and ensuring that both the installation partner and Qcells have a great working relationship. This is a key leadership position with the responsibility for building and scaling the installation partner network to match the growth of the business. The ideal candidate is an experienced solar operations professional with strong analytical skills, great with people and better at identifying opportunities in partner performance, partner satisfaction, and strong leadership skills.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Research and source new Installation Partners in existing states (CA, Texas, and Florida) as well as new states or regions in the Midwest and Northeast.
- Vet new partners by ensuring they have all necessary licenses, insurance, certifications, and training to perform PV and ESS installations
- Manage and execute contract negotiations with all key stakeholders
- Train new Partners on how to work on Qcells platform, updating processes as needed to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide on-going training and support for partners to ensure efficient processes and procedures in alignment with strategic goals.
- Handle partner escalations and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners on key performance indicators.
- Build and continue to develop a team of partner support specialists that will support and grow according to business priorities.
- Develop and enhance standard operating procedures for partner operations in compliance with new company practices or regulations.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement regarding partner management process and procedure.
- Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best practices
- Analyze, continuously monitor, and manage team performance.
- Assist with the development of new product rollouts including managing strategic communication to stakeholders.
- Minimum of high school diploma or associate’s degree with 12 years’ work experience or a bachelor’s degree 8 years) of a proven track record with at least 2 -4 years’ experience as a Senior leader in residential solar operations and/or partner management.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, team development, people management and influencing skills at a senior level.
