Essential duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and manage the site works/utilities scope, ensuring seamless coordination from design to project handover.
- Oversee multiple concurrent site works projects, each exceeding $20M, with a total portfolio of $100M .
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, reporting directly to site leadership and interfacing with internal and external partners.
- Ensure projects meet biopharmaceutical industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Monitor contractor performance, budgets, and schedules to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to construction, utilities, and site infrastructure.
- Provide strategic leadership in HVAC, MEP, wastewater, and infrastructure development, ensuring operational readiness.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in the biologics or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success in delivering multiple projects over $20M each, with experience managing a portfolio of $100M .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting to site leadership.
- Technical expertise in HVAC, MEP, infrastructure, and site utilities within a regulated environment.
- Ability to navigate complex project environments, manage risk, and drive efficient execution.
