Pay Rate : $23.00 / hr (conversion salary is finalized with end client and ranges from $50k - $55k)
Job Description : One of our non-profit partners is looking for an entry level IT Field Engineer for a consulting to hire position. After 6 months of consulting work the selected candidate may converted to a full-time permanent employee.
The IT Field Engineer is responsible for ensuring timely, high quality, professional technology support services for the end user community. The Field Engineer will be responsible for responding to user IT support tickets, answering the IT support help line, installing and moving new desktop computers, as well as performing basic proactive maintenance tasks as needed.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain the smooth operation of all client workstations
- Provide timely response to all user support requests.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of work done.
- Inventory asset information as required.
- Perform other related tasks as requested or assigned.
Requirements :
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
