Job Description
- Conduct food safety audits following QIMA/WQS and scheme owner rules.
- Develop audits reports within a determined timeframe.
- Summarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings.
- Communicate findings/results of inspections/audits with client representatives.
- Develop effective audit plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe
- A degree in a food-related, bioscience discipline, science and engineering, or has successfully completed a diploma or equivalent higher education course in one of these subjects.
- At least 05 years of experience in areas such as quality assurance or food safety functions in food production or manufacturing, retailing, inspection, or enforcement.
- Lead auditor training (40-hour/5-day training).
- HACCP training (16-hour/ 2-day training).
- Schemes: BRCGS / SQF.
- Availability to travel.
