Qualifications :
- A degree in a foodrelated bioscience discipline science and engineering or has successfully completed a diploma or equivalent higher education course in one of these subjects.
- At least 05 years of experience in areas such as quality assurance or food safety functions in food production or manufacturing retailing inspection or enforcement.
- Lead auditor training (40hour / 5day training).
- HACCP training (16hour / 2day training).
- Schemes : BRCGS / SQF.
- Availability to travel.
