Position Overview
As a Knowledge Manager Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting a DoD client transition from designing, developing, and implementing solutions from SharePoint to ServiceNow. You will be responsible for the technical aspect of all Knowlege Management platforms managing and coordinating all IT tasks associated with maintaining and performing continual service improvements on multiple different platforms Service Now, SharePoint, Tableau, PowerBi etc.
Responsibilities
- Provide Knowledge Management support across various different platforms including Service Now, SharePoint, Tableau, PowerBi etc.
- Position will be responsible for leveraging ServiceNow to develop, design, establish and implement workflows in support of various core functions across the government client. Candidates are expected to identify key stakeholders, conduct requirements gathering, development (draw out, capture and categorize business processes through communications with stakeholders).
- Candidate will be required to optimize Knowledge Management technologies across various storage platforms, indexing strategies, user interface, Power automate scripts etc.
- Candidates will be required to provide Knowledge Management Solution Support by identifying in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing information management and workflow solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
- Candidate will be responsible for managing libraries, keeping platforms up to date and developing business processes and strategies
- Manages and collects list of requirements, the analysis of workflows, and recommend / execute solutions in close cooperation with stakeholders, leaders and other Knowledge Management teammates and translating them into technical solutions.
- Develop training and informational sessions to teach coworkers on how to use ServiceNow, SharePoint and any custom applications or workflows to government and contractor staff.
- Develop, review and edit processes, procedures, standard operating procedures etc.
- Requires excellent teamwork, customer service and technical skills to optimize business processes for effective mission delivery.
