What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at QRH Mgmt?
Terrace vine apartments located at 3819 meeks drive in orange, TX behind Market Basket is a 104 unit apartment community looking for a maintenance technician. Job hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekends and holidays off. We provide two weeks paid vacation and 16 hours of PTO time, medical benefits, along with other benefits.
Looking for somebody that is experienced working at apartment communities. Must have all your own hand tools including modern battery power tools, drywall tools, painting tools, basic electrical tools, basic plumbing tools, toosl, that you need to do apartment make readies and apartment work orders.
Starting pay is $17.00 per hour up to $19.00 an hour after 90 days for those that have reliable transportation can show up every day between 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and can accomplish quality work without supervision.
