What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at QSI (Quality Service Installation)?
QSI is a leader in the bank equipment industry and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a project support coordinator.
As a project support coordinator the individual will be tasked with basic office duties as well as coordinating and scheduling, the installation of banking equipment. The Coordinator will be responsible for the schedules of multiple crews and projects that will need attention simultaneously. They will also assist with monitoring inventory of the various equipment needed for projects. Job is fast-paced and very detail oriented.
Essential Functions
- logistical planning and scheduling of installation and construction projects
- coordinate installations/projects with other team members and departments as necessary
- documentation of projects progress
- prioritize tasks and demands of yourself to complete projects
- monitor inventory levels, work with purchasing department to reorder equipment as appropriate
- establish and manage strong working relationships with QSI team members
Qualifications
- Good customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and excellent organization skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, ability to set tasks for yourself and follow through on your own
- Able to encourage and motivate team members through a strong work ethic, positive communication, and leadership skills
- Adaptable to fast paced environment, ability to handle high pressure situations effectively
- Coordinator/Logistic experience (preferred but not required)
- Dependable and energetic
- Dispatch experience (preferred but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
