Skills Required:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Active Directory user account administration
- Dell desktop and laptop hardware
- iOS Mobile Devices integrated with Mobile Iron or an MDM
- Microsoft Office
- Supporting desktop applications
- Supporting AV equipment and rooms
- Experience with rack mounted equipment and cable connects
- Experience managing an enterprise wireless access point system is a plus
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting to include familiarity with internal server components and networking hardware. (NIC Cards, Optics, SSD/HDDs.)
- Experience with running / dressing fiber and copper cabling, cable management experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to be on call for some after hours and potential weekend work supporting remote hands requests.
