Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining state-of-the-art machinery specifically designed for tea and botanical products. Your expertise will ensure that our products are packaged efficiently and meet our high-quality standards, all while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate advanced packaging machinery for tea and botanical products, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production metrics, machine maintenance, and any quality issues that arise during packaging operations.
- Training & Development: Participate in exclusive, state-of-the-art training programs to master machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of packaging processes.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools, with a solid understanding of mechanical principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
