About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Service Lead to join our team at QUAD. In this critical position, you will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery of a book of business focused on large market space (250-12k in lives). This includes designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of employer-sponsored benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive client strategies, incorporating insights from market trends, legislative changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting client expectations, and driving business growth.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, and Health Care Reform.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters.
- Analyze complex data using Excel to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (strongly preferred)
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License
- Proven experience in managing a book of business and leading client-facing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to client sites in the region
