What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Associate Generalist position at Quadax?
Key HR Responsibilities:
- Assist Recruiters with administrative facets of recruiting including scheduling interviews with hiring managers, coordinating the assessment process, completing status change forms, updating the disposition of candidates in the UKG Recruiting Gateway, requesting background checks and reviewing resumes and screening candidates when needed.
- Performance Appraisal process management including communicating review due dates, distributing reviews in UKG and following up with managers to ensure reviews are completed.
- Coaching and Performance Plan (CPP) tracking and follow up.
- Conduct afternoon sessions of our bi-weekly New Hire Orientations including safety and harassment prevention training and the SharePoint Scavenger Hunt.
- Special projects as assigned.
Key Safety Responsibilities:
- Manage for Emergency Response Team (ERT) including ensuring appropriate numbers of associates, every other year CPR and fire safety training.
- Conduct annual fire drill at MH1 and MH3 locations.
- Attend monthly Safety Council meetings as Quadax representative.
- Track workplace injuries on and maintain OSHA 300 log and post 300 A annually.
- Maintain OSHA manual for the company and ensure all processes and reporting are current.
- Maintain SDS manuals for all locations
Key Wellness Responsibilities:
- Promote our comprehensive wellness program throughout the organization which focuses on whole body health.
- Maintain calendar of monthly wellness events.
- Coordinate wellness events/activities and provide details on such to Internal Communications.
- Track program participation to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and impact to our associates.
- Collaborate with external Wellness vendors to optimize programming.
