Pay From: $23 per hour
MUST:
2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist - Surgery Center
Scheduling for multiple providers
Surgery Center strongly preferred
Insurance Verification
Familiar with ICD 10 codes
Checking Patients In/Out
DUTIES:
Greets all who enter suite in a positive manner, provides direction, and information.
Correctly enters all patient information into computer system.
Answers phones in a pleasant manner and deals with physician offices and patient needs expedititiously.
Takes messages and records in message book.
Transfers calls to other departments as needed.
Performs various clerical duties such as photocopying forms; informs Office Manager when supplies are needed.
Provides assistance to team members, physicians, and anesthesia personnel as needed (i.e., reliability, initiative, work relations, training needs).
