Membership and Marketing Director

Overview
Quail Creek Country Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth, enhancing member satisfaction, and fostering a vibrant community within our club.

Responsibilities

Membership Recruitment and Retention

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new members.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing members to ensure high retention rates.

Member Services

• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Organize and oversee member events and activities to foster community engagement.

Marketing and Communication

• Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote membership.
• Communicate club news, events, and updates to members through various channels.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records of membership data.
• Prepare reports on membership statistics and trends for the management team.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other departments, such as golf operations, food and beverage, and events, to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Report to the Club Manager and Board of Directors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in membership and/or related field within the hospitality or club management industry.
• The candidate must have demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of membership, marketing, and communications plans.
• Prior website and app administration experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Naples or comparative club market required. A passionate individual who is a self-starter with a desire to chase excellence and consistently exceed expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
