Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay Rate: $17.00/Hour

This is a hybrid position with office presence at least 50% of the work week. You can choose to work full-time in the summer and have the option to continue part-time during the school year.

We are looking for a Finance Intern to assist with monthly reporting, financial modeling, and data analysis. This is a hybrid position with office presence required at least 50% of the workweek. You may choose to work full-time during the summer and have the option to continue part-time during the school year.

• Assist in financial data analysis and prepare reports for senior management
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Participate in cost optimization and financial strategy projects
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business decisions
• Handle month-end close activities (accruals, variance analysis, financial statements)
• Provide clear and logical recommendations supported by data
• Participate in financial statement and budget reviews

• Currently enrolled in an accounting or related business program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with database systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills at all levels
• Takes initiative and adapts quickly to changing circumstances
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
