As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the central connection point between clients and caregivers — making sure care is timely, effective, and handled with heart.
- Schedule client care efficiently and thoughtfully to ensure seamless service
- Anticipate caregiver needs based on referral trends and client volumes
- Communicate quickly and kindly with both clients and caregivers (Bi-Lingual a plus)
- Track and maintain accurate client care documentation
- Respond to feedback — whether compliments, concerns, or changes — with empathy and action
- Work closely with the Care Coordinator to ensure continuity and excellence in service
- Support after-hours calls when needed (on-call rotations apply & Bonus)
- Experience in the healthcare field or home care industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Windows applications and comfort with digital systems
- Experience with scheduling software is a big plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a natural problem-solver
- The heart and hustle to support clients with dignity and care
- CNA or HHA certificate from certified school (40hr class)
