Overview :
Responsible for QualiTru’s business development efforts with the largest dairy processors and farm cooperatives in North America. Assigned a portfolio of customers and prospects, the Enterprise Account Executive works closely to develop corporate level relationships that can influence child level customers and prospects, with the goal of growing existing and gaining new sales for QualiTru. Additionally, the position will represent the Company, its solutions / products at industry tradeshows, conferences and other industry platforms, gathering marketing information and identifying new prospects for the sales organization. This position reports to QualiTru’s Vice President of Sales.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Create and execute customized sales strategies for targeted key accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Deliver sales presentations to stakeholders at all levels up to and including the C-suite. Educate customers on how to use the company’s products. Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate, produce, and distribute technical and marketing information related to the Company’s solutions / products. Represent QualiTru at trade shows, conferences, and other networking platforms.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives (c-suite, VPs, Directors) within key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives. Gain support / advocacy from corporate contacts for the company's solutions and products.
- Account Expansion : Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing QualiTru products to them. Drive direct and indirect growth in new and existing customers and ensure customer retention and customer satisfaction. This includes working with distribution and system partners where applicable.
- Negotiate and Closing : Ability to close large projects or hand off to appropriate team members to help close deals.
- Forecast and Reporting : Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to leadership. Maintain detailed records of account activity in CRM system.
- Market Insights : Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and maintain competitive edge.
