Job Summary:
Quality Carriers has an exciting opportunity for a mass communications student enrolled in college courses related to social media such as advertising, marketing, mass communications or media.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Content creation: Create content for social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, videos, and graphics. This content should be relevant to the company's brand, events, and services.
- Content planning: Plan and adhere to content calendars to schedule posts.
- Campaign planning: Help plan social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, recruit team members and boost engagement.
- Analytics: Track social media engagement and analyze analytics to gauge the success of posts and campaigns.
- Social media management: Manage the company's social media accounts, monitor platforms, and respond to comments and messages.
- Research: Perform social media marketing research and stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Communication: Communicate with team members, customers or clients.
- Software: Learn and become familiar on Adobe Creative Cloud, Hootsuite and other software systems.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be enrolled in advertising/marketing/mass communications/media or related courses. Ideally, this candidate knows and works with /and understands LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube and is familiar with engagement and follower recruitment across the different social media platforms.
