Specialized Tile Floor Care and Carpet Cleaner
Description
As a Floor Care Specialist at Quality Cleaning Service, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in specialized tile floor care and carpet cleaning. We are seeking a dedicated individual who has prior experience in floor care or someone who is willing to learn under our lead technician for a period of time. This can be either a full-time or part-time position based in Wauseon, OH.
**Job Overview:**
As a Floor Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of floor care tasks, including but not limited to, strip and wax services, tile floor cleaning and carpet cleaning. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and ensure that their floors are kept in pristine condition.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform specialized tile floor care and carpet cleaning services
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to achieve desired results
- Inspect and identify any areas of concern on floors and provide recommendations for maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and exceed their expectations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in specialized tile floor care and carpet cleaning preferred. If you have no experience, we are offering an apprenticeship option where you will learn from our lead technician (this is still paid).
- Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
