- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special accommodations
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Skills:

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
