- Handle phone systems to respond to inquiries, reservations, and requests from guests.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
