As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area in a hospitality setting.
You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is welcoming and efficient.
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel management systems Jonas Chorum and phone systems
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
