Availability 7:00a - 3:00p/5:00p
## **What You'll Do:**
Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally—whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
Process reservations efficiently while managing room assignments.
Handle cash transactions securely and accurately using POS systems.
Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences to enhance guest stays.
Provide guests with insider tips on the best attractions, restaurants, and local events.
Assist in overseeing front desk operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
## **Who You Are:**
✔A friendly and customer-service-driven professional who enjoys engaging with guests.
✔Skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, and staying composed in busy moments.
Experienced in handling cash transactions, retail sales, or POS systems.
✔Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
