The Award Winning Quality Inn Oakwood is looking for a FRONT DESK AGENT to join our busy and professional team. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a hotel environment (specifically front desk), be able to demonstrate initiative and be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service as well as being fun to work with.
A qualified candidate will be responsible for checking guests in & out, making reservations, answering multi-line phones, assisting guests with requests and provide excellent customer service to ensure we deliver a clean and comfortable night’s sleep for all our guests, every night of the year. Additionally, they will be flexible with scheduling.
