Hotel Front desk Night Auditor full time position, 1 more year Hotel front desk night auditor experience proffered.
Open Position : Day shift (3PM to 11 PM ) and Weekend Shift ( Sat , Sun )
Hours per week:
- 32-40
Pay
- It starts at $19.00 and goes up to $20 to $22 depending on ability.
- 1st month provation period pay $18.00/ hour
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly
This Job Is:
- Accounting: Overseeing the hotel's finances, including reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and balancing revenue
- Front desk: Greeting guests, checking them in and out, and answering questions
- Guest services: Addressing guest concerns and complaints, and handling guest requests
- Reservations: Taking reservations, scheduling wake-up calls, and making reservations for local attractions
- Administrative tasks: Preparing guest invoices, verifying reservation payments, and balancing cash drawers
- Communication: Communicating with maintenance and housekeeping departments
- Reporting: Producing reports to track performance and provide to management
- Preparing for the next day: Ensuring that all end-of-day tasks are complete and preparing for the morning shift
