The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast items, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and delivering outstanding guest services. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Ensure all food items are presented attractively and in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent guest relations and service.
- Operate cash register or Aloha POS system for any transactions as required.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any dietary needs or concerns.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and compliance.
Experience
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary skills is a plus.
- Experience with cash registers or Aloha POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- A commitment to providing excellent guest services and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
