Job Title: Breakfast Attendant
Immediate Supervisor: Asst General Manager or General Manager
Summary:
Prepares and serves breakfast for guests
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare breakfast to brand standards
- Serve breakfast and attend to guest needs
- Answer guest questions, point them to a team member who can help if you are unable to
- Break down the buffet. Ensure all parts are clean and stored properly.
- Perform side work as needed
- Provide personalized, high-quality service to all guests
- Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies each day
- Properly store items delivered for the kitchen
- Prepare food orders and submit them to GM for approval
- Prepare beverages and beverage dispensing machines to brand standards
- Stock coffee, juice, and milk
- Support other team members to create a positive work environment
- Ability to use kitchen equipment
- Be able to work in kitchen and storage rooms throughout shift
- Be able to lift boxes over 25lbs when putting away food order and restocking kitchen
- Be able to handle high stress situations
- Initiate and engage in conversations with guests

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
