Position Overview -
As a Workday HCM Core resource at QualiZeal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our Workday HCM Core module. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, validate software functionality, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software stability.
- Report and track defects found during testing using defect tracking systems and work closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Stay updated on Workday HCM platform updates, new features, and best practices in Workday testing to incorporate relevant advancements into the testing approach.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and configuration.
- Payroll module experience is a must.
- Experience with Workday testing tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and data validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
