Position Summary:
Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to managing candidate experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans, promote Quanta’s culture, and continuously improve recruitment practices.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as Quanta’s primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Seek out potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, referrals, career fairs, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to assess qualifications and suitability for the position. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Complete candidate reference and education checks, extend offers of employment, and ensure all pre-screening compliance is completed before hire.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure accurate and timely job postings.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools or candidate databases for future hiring needs.
- Cultivate relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities within the organization.
- Play a key role in promoting the employer brand and enhancing the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. This may include attending career fairs, various professional organizations, college alumni events, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
- Partner with Human Resources to regularly evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent more effectively.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and receive feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Strive to provide a positive experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome of their application, while offering timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage various recruiting tools and technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms to streamline the recruitment process and enhance efficiency.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

- This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.
- Transportation to travel between buildings throughout the day required.

- Excellent presentation skills.
- Computer literate in a Windows environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Ability to operate independently in multiple locations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Experience with recruiting in a manufacturing/computer industry a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about office, production and warehouse facilities.
- Ability to travel between buildings.
