Position Overview:
We offer a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for those with less than 12 months of experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits and compensation package starting on your first day of employment. This position is open to all levels of RN, including Residents.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Experience Required:
- For Nursing Residents: Less than 1 year of experience.
- For Staff RN: 1 year of experience in a nursing specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
Physical Setting: Hospital

Work Location: In-person in Richland, WA 99352. Ability to relocate before starting work is required.
