JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a high aptitude for customer service in the Louisville area. Our client's technicians interface with the agency users remotely and in person, so customer service skills are as essential as technical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide desktop support, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a Windows-based environment.
- Interface with agency users remotely and in person to resolve technical issues.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One to two years minimum experience in desktop support preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
