JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for imaging and deploying Windows 10/11 computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring system functionality. Candidates with PowerShell scripting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

LOCATION: Frankfort, KY
HOURS: Monday – Friday, with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and end times between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Image and deploy Windows 10/11 devices.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and break/fix support for hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine system updates and maintenance to optimize performance and security.
- Assist with PowerShell scripting to automate tasks as needed.
- Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Experience with computer imaging and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for IT support and break/fix tasks.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting (preferred but not required).
Salary : $18 - $20
