We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue-generating sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic practitioners) to maximize customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Prospect for new customers, penetrate untapped markets, and create lasting business relationships through effective communication and creative problem-solving.
- Conduct thorough territory analysis and prioritize key prospects to optimize sales performance within your assigned region.
- Travel extensively throughout the U.S. to perform product demonstrations with medical practices, conduct field training for new/existing customers, and assist at trade shows.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, or medical device/pharmaceutical sales with a history of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling to physicians, preferably within the aesthetics industry.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, adapt to market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable discussing technical aspects of medical devices and willingness to learn new technologies as they emerge.
- Highly self-motivated individual with the proven ability to work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision.
