Job Description:
The Manager Clinical Program, Transplant and High Cost Case is responsible for working in partnership with Clinical and Pod Operations to ensure consistency and provide oversight of department activities within Quantum Health's clinical model.
This position will function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services and will work in conjunction with clinical leadership to meet transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals for this service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Assist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff
- Promote a focus on quality, consistency, and effectiveness
- Support staff performance management and coaching efforts, as needed
