What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at QuaverEd?
QuaverEd is a rapidly growing education technology company located on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. We serve thousands of schools across the nation and around the world, specializing in online educational software for Music, Health and PE, Pre-K, and SEL.
The role of the Training Coordinator would primarily be responsible for training scheduling and logistics. The Coordinator will maintain the training request form and handle logistics for individual training and professional learning events.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within training or HR.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar productivity tools.
- Experience working in a K-12 Public School setting is a plus.

This role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
