Seeking an entry-level or experienced Bookkeeper to support the owner of Queen City Business Services in a variety of accounting functions. This position provides an opportunity to work directly with the business owner and gain hands-on experience in areas such as bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, payroll processing, and pre-audit tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a small-business environment.
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient management of financial tasks for clients, including data processing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, maintaining organized financial records, preparing financial statements, assisting with budget planning, and handling pre-audit responsibilities.
