What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/ CMA for Chiropractic Office position at Queen City Chiropractic?
Immediate Hire. Chiropractic Office.
Functions include:
Excellent Customer Service, entering in patient demographics, scheduling, chart prep, posting treatment, billing, working knowledge with insurances, Attorneys, scanning, Answering phones, calling patients and other assigned duties. Must be a team player and computer literate. Must be able to multi task.
Requirements:
Minimum one year previous experience in a medical practice. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice. Working knowledge of computers. The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients. The ability to work in a team environment. Must have transportation. Must be reliable.
Attire: Scrubs -
Full Time Monday - Friday 8:45 to 1:15 2:45- 6:15(non negotiable)
Immediate Hire.
Training will be at our Columbus Ohio office for one day.
