Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, obtain meeting confirmations, and coordinate logistics.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on leadership priorities.
- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing minutes.
- Arranging travel including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Client Advocacy
- Act as the primary contact for client requests and delegate to team for action items.
- Schedule new prospects and existing client retention meetings.
- Coordinate follow-up tasks from client and Queen City Wealth business meetings.
- Prepare documentation, maintain client records, and handle correspondence.
- Ensure timely client follow-ups and proactive service delivery.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support business development tracking.
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with internal business departments.
- Maintain database of licensing and registration for risk and investment licenses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hybrid environment with a physical office presence.
- 1-2 years of experience in a wealth management firm (preferred).
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
- Colorado Life and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are not offering to sponsor an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary annually (eligible for an annual bonus compensation program).
