We seek a motivated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of appointments, client information, and office communications.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office staff.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office management and customer support efforts.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an office management role is preferred.
- Able to manage Microfost Software.
- Ability to type efficiently for data entry tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
