Position Overview
You'll drive growth by selling our software and services to new clients. This includes finding prospects, building relationships with decision-makers, and demonstrating how our solutions can transform their business. Your insights will help ensure successful client implementations and guide our product development strategy.
Who We're Looking For: We need a proactive, results-oriented self-starter who isn't afraid to dive into the fast-paced world of regulatory technology. Ideal candidates bring a blend of enthusiasm, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in driving sales growth within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Responsibilities
- This role is primarily focused on generating new business with prospective clients where you will be solely responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from generating interest, qualification, conducting demos, negotiating cost, and ultimately getting a signed agreement across the finish line.
- Consistently generate new opportunities through proactive daily outreach, cold calls, and meeting call quotas ranging from 40-60 calls per day.
- Initiate communication to prospective clients via multiple mediums (primarily phone, email, as well as occasional industry conferences as needed).
- Through a consultative sales process, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales targets, including tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activities including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and closing business.
- Collaborate with the account management team to transition new customers to the designated internal team member responsible for ongoing account management, ensuring a seamless client onboarding process.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities, utilizing CRM tools to track activities and progress.
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects, helping to shape future product enhancements and features.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to the Quest CE platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Continuously refine and improve the sales process and strategies based on feedback and results.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely. Initial training will take place in the office, and employees are required to come to the office on designated days or on a regularly scheduled day as needed.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or software environment.
- Willingness to travel within the United States as needed (5–10%).
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospect qualification, strategic email outreach, and conducting web-based sales presentations.
